Silverfrost

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!" Fernstar announced, surveying as her clan gathered. "Today we have a new warrior joining us! Silver, I shall now give you a proper warrior name.

"I, Fernstar, leader of ShadeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this cat. Though she was not born here, she has chosen to become a warrior, and follow the ways of a ShadeClan cat until her last breath. Do you, Silver, promise to uphold the warrior code, and protect ShadeClan, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." Fernstar sensed Silver's pride rippling through her, and saw images of a scrawny she-kit, struggling to survive in the alleys of a Twolegplace. This must be one of the greatest moments for her... Fernstar thought.

"Then Silver, from this moment forward, you shall be known as Silverfrost. StarClan honors you for your energy and bravery, and welcomes you as a full warrior of ShadeClan!" Fernstar purred, resting her muzzle on Silverfrost's head.

"Silverfrost! Silverfrost!" the clan cheered.

"Meeting dismissed!" Fernstar called, leaping from the Highrock.
