"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!" Fernstar announced, her tail flicking back and forth. The sharing of tongues conversations died down as the cats gathered around to hear what Fernstar had to say.
"Today, we have a new apprentice joining us! Darkpaw, you will be trained by Applefall. Applefall, you have shown great kindness and courage, and I hope that you pass down your vast knowledge to young Darkpaw," Fernstar told the ginger tabby, dipping her head.
"Darkpaw! Darkpaw! Darkpaw!" the clan cheered, their voices stringing about the hallow.
"Meeting dismissed!" Fernstar meowed, leaping from the Highrock.

Darkpaw padded up to Applefall. "Can we start training now?" he asked, eyes sparkling with eagerness.

skybreeze watched her two kits,and twitched her wiskers in amusment."it'll be your turns soon enought."she told them.both kits noded and continued to watch the newest apprentice.
Ashfall welcomed Darkpaw kindly, and then he congradulated Applefall on her new apprentice. Sootdaze padded to the warriors den to get some rest so he would be energized enough to go hunting later.

"Thanks Ashfall." Applefall smiled and nodded to her apprentice. "What would you like to do?" She asked.
ReplyDeleteDarkpaw kneaded the ground with his paws. "Um... I-I don't know..." he stammered. "Y-you pick!"
ReplyDelete"Alright." Applefall purred with amusment and thought for a few heartbeats. "Would you like to go to the training hollow? We could practice you're hunting skills there." Applefall suggested.
